John Munnerlyn's Model #11-B

John scored this on eBay in February of 2005, and it's a stunning instrument, in terrific condition, especially for it's age (either 1968 or 1969).  The Model #11 was built using Höfner-made components, and was based on the Höfner 191i guitar/bass and similar models.  This is a classic example of what Carvin was doing in the late 60's.  In addition to the maple Hofner necks and body, the Model #11 featured Carvin's AP-Series pickups, and an optional Bigsby Vibrato (indicated by the "B" suffix).
